So this paleolithic diet... seems like it's made up of veggies and meat? I watched a vid on YouTube the other day about how Fructose and Sucrose is the devil, which this diet would seemingly eliminate. Apparently the effects of these types of sugar are the same as that of alcohol without the drunk feeling, except worse because we tend to consume them in much greater quantities.

Anywho, good luck and stick with it.

They've actually done this for quite some time now. The only thing you need to be sure of is whether or not your local post office scans the games. If they don't it obviously doesn't work. But all hope is not lost. It can sometimes just be a matter of mailing your games back from a different location... say from work instead of home. Experiment and it should click eventually. The post office leaves a little to be desired on this end but once you find one that scans the games you're set.

As for RSS feeds... no, they don't offer that but all you have to do is login to your account and all the information about what you currently have out, what's in your queue, etc... is right there.

I found this out about 2 years ago and spent about a few moths freaking out thinking I must be not looking correctly. Although, All things considered are on podcast form sometimes in the NPR shuffle podcast. I don't know why they don't do it.. especially since it is one of my favorite shows on NPR.
