Why is there no "All Things Considered" NPR podcast?

I found this out about 2 years ago and spent about a few moths freaking out thinking I must be not looking correctly. Although, All things considered are on podcast form sometimes in the NPR shuffle podcast. I don't know why they don't do it.. especially since it is one of my favorite shows on NPR. So instead I download NPR shuffle hoping that it will be included.
